Women Cycle Sequence

During a woman cycle is recommended a slower practice without any twists, inversions or strong poses.
Instead, the best practice, specially on the first 3 days, would be a light sequence with seated poses such as folding forward and passive hip openers.
Ideally, holding poses for 2-5min, allowing for gravity to work as you relax into the pose. The use of props (bolsters or pillows) is very welcomed during this time of the month.
Moving through a very comfortable and restorative sequence without bandhas (pelvic floor and lower abs) activation.
Best poses for those days would be Paschimottanasana, Balasana, Badha Konasana, Supta Virasana, Upavistha Konasana, Adhomukha Virasana, Janusirsasana, and Savasana.
Furthermore, there is a sequence created by B.K.S Iyengar that I personally enjoy during those days.
