 Certified Yoga Teacher

Ever since 2007, I've been doing meditation courses. Then in 2011, I've started practicing yoga (asanas). 

My love for yoga grew bigger over the years, so I've decided in 2017 to start a teaching training program to became a Yoga teacher.


My goal is to help every student to develop mind and body awareness. Applying the knowledge from Yoga as a path for inner peace and stillness of the mind. 


I believe Yoga is for everyone! Sessions are primarily Hatha yoga, with variations based on individual needs.

Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and all ages, accessible and safe for everybody.

Yoga can enhance life quality and reduce stress using mindful breathing, meditation, and asanas.
